Q: Can I have visitors?

Yes, you can bring visitors and guests . #poppyroomers are responsible for the people they allow into Poppy Rooms properties. Guests are allowed as long as they do not stay in the home for more than two consecutive days. If you bring guests, you must notify the other roommates in advance.

The leased room is for the exclusive use of the tenant and may not be shared with others, except for guests.
In shared apartments, rooms are for individual use. Room sharing is only permitted in our apartments where the #poppyroomers enjoys the entire unit.

Rules of conduct

The tenant must comply with the rules of use and Community regulations governing the properties and, in any case, with good neighborly conduct.
The tenant agrees to maintain, at all times, a good coexistence with the other people staying in the apartment. Failure to comply with this commitment will be grounds for contract termination.
The tenant agrees not to bring toxic or flammable materials, or mechanisms dangerous to the property, into the apartment, being liable in all cases for any damages resulting from non-compliance.
It is prohibited to use the room for any purpose other than the one specified.

Our properties are located in central areas with excellent public transportation access. We have properties in the university area, near hospitals, downtown, next to Plaza de España…

Can couples live in Poppy Rooms?

Only in our apartments where the #poppyroomers enjoys the entire apartment.

Can I extend or cancel my stay at Poppy Rooms?

Yes, you can extend your stay beyond the scheduled date if you notify us with sufficient notice and we have availability. You can cancel your stay if you have met the minimum stay requirement and you notify us more than one month in advance.

What’s Included at Poppy Rooms?

When we provide you with the price for our housing, we will give you the room price with all utilities included. All expenses, such as internet, electricity, water, heating, community fees, trash collection fees, and taxes, are included in the price. Our housing is always furnished and includes all appliances and household items. Of course, you have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom.

If there are empty rooms in the apartment, do I pay more?

No, you will pay the same agreed-upon price regardless of which rooms are occupied.

Do you allow pets?

We love animals, but we don’t allow pets at the moment.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed in common areas out of respect for other #poppyroomers, but you can in open areas and on terraces.

Can I book a room in advance?

We have high demand for our properties. It’s possible to book in advance as long as there is availability for that date and it doesn’t require us to keep a room empty. Ask us and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I change locations if I need to?

If we have availability, we usually accept a location change.

What are the reservation requirements for Poppy Rooms?

To make a reservation at Poppy Rooms, you will need a one-month deposit, equivalent to one month’s rent, which will be returned to you when you vacate the room. Additionally, along with the first month’s rent, you must pay a Service Fee of €130 per room, which includes administrative and contract costs, and liability insurance.
