Due to the landlord’s obligation to contract liability insurance covering damages, losses, and risks that the tenant may incur, a proportional cost of forty euros (€40) for the insurance during the contract’s validity will be charged to the tenant on the first invoice.

There is a €90 rental management fee, which will only be charged on the first rent invoice. These fees are non-refundable.
