Booking and Security Deposit
The amount deposited as a booking or down payment will become the security deposit once the contract is signed. This security deposit will be returned upon termination of the contract, provided that the room and the rest of the common areas of the apartment are in the same condition as at the beginning of the contract.
Due to the landlord’s obligation to contract civil liability insurance that covers damages, losses, and risks the tenant may incur, a proportional cost of forty euros (€40) for the insurance during the contract’s validity will be charged to the tenant in the first invoice.
The management of the room rental incurs a fee of €90, which will be charged only on the first rental invoice.
These fees are non-refundable.
