  • The leased room is for the exclusive use of the tenant and may not be shared with others, except for guests.<\/li>\n
  • In shared apartments, rooms are for individual use. Room sharing is only permitted in our apartments where the #poppyroomers<\/span> enjoys the entire unit. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

      • The tenant agrees not to bring toxic or flammable materials, or mechanisms dangerous to the property, into the apartment, being liable in all cases for any damages resulting from non-compliance.<\/li>\n
      • It is prohibited to use the room for any purpose other than the one specified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
